Hitting a brick wall

Good day,

After much complaining, still nothing resolved, I complained on Hellopeter as well as you FB page.

This complaint was later referred to the consumer advocate, a certain Derolin contacted me, after I explained what the issue was he asked me for three months payslips, send him this, he contacted me, advised me that I need to go to a branch and they must do a manual manipulation of the system, and the offers will generate

I did the above, I spoke to a Mr Naidoo at Westgate and he advised me that he have send it off to affordability as requested by Derolin, and apparently it was approved, however when he looks on the system, no offers is generated.
I have send numerous e-mails to consumer advocate office, no reply, according to Mr Naidoo, Derolin, is no longer in the consumer advocate office, what now?

Who does on complain to when the office overseeing the complaints, when there is no customer centricity?
