No answer for 4 days?

I have been trying to contact the accident department from standard bank vaf for the past 4 days on contact numbers supplied to me by the call centre and all the numbers are engaged all day long. Just to see if the numbers even work ive tried to phone now at 1 in the morning and i still get numbet busy.
Trying to get any service from the call centre to get through to the accident department also doesnt help at all.
This is really unacceptable.
