I live in abroad. During my visit to South Africa in May 2013 I went to the Montana Branch (Pretoria) to activate internet banking and correct my contact telephone numbers. (wrong numbers, not only old numbers)
After several emails to [Email Removed] [Email Removed] the "Disappointed" link on the home page and what will be a very expensive phone call with the customer services (about 1, 5hrs Europa - RSA), the contact telephone numbers are still not corrected.
Customer Services actually wrote me, that the branch tried to contact me (once), to verify the changes. How, I ask myself, if the branch refuses to correct the telephone numbers?
Since 2013-08-23 Standard Bank Customer support does not reply to my attempts to contact someone willing to help me.
