I am amazed how hard it is to get this company to take my money. I have tried opening a business contract with their Samsung deals but they refuse to contact me. I sent my application in on 07/08/2013. Received an email saying someone will get back to me within 24 hours. 8 days later, after leaving 4 messages for Chuto Monama to call me back through the number 084 194 4000, who is apparently in charge of my application. I have still not received any correspondence.
The only way I have been told I can get in contact contact with Chuto is through the numbers: 0841744492 and 0113248178. These lines just ring until they give an engaged tone. I have lost count how many times over the past 3 days I have tried calling these numbers.
How can this be the service for the BUSINESS CONTRACTS department!?!
