FAULTY LINES TO LEGAL DEPARTMENT

Hi my name is Ronel and I have tried over 50 times in two days to contact the legal department of Vodacom on the 0821905 and 0821904 numbers given to my by die call centre, when these numbers are called you are given instructions and after that just when you think you will be able to talk to someone you are disconnected!! I did report this problem to their call centre and according to them they cant do anything about that, so now I will be penalised because I can not get hold of their offices even though I keep on phoning... this is not the type of service that you would expect from a company like Vodacom when the mistake made was not your'e fault but theirs... please contact me so that I can make arrangements with Vodacom to sort out their mess and fix you re telephone lines for more people will complain
