This is a realLy disaster Standard Bank decides to debit my bank account for an amount of R1000.00 without my knowledge, worse every time i call general enquiries they give me a number to call when callnig that department they tell me to go to the other department in the last 30 mintues i called close to 6 different numbers, and than agent i just spoke to now is saying i must go into the BRANCH, why must i run around they took my money Saturday afternoon (29/06/20130 without my consent but now i must leave my work early to go sort out they mess, shame that wont be the case as quick as they were to take my money they should be quick to return it, as i have the numbers for The beeld and the ombudsman.even worse the money they took is not even mine there was a transfer done in error to this account and this person needs his money where must i get r1000.00 now to pay him back, so Standard Bank you have exactly 2 hours to have this mess sorted out... im waiting.
