Useless, we don't care and we will hang up on you

I use to be a secondary contact on an account when the owner lost her phone. However for the past almost 6 weeks the standard bank call centre has been harassing me with calls, I swear it is a minimum of 7 calls a day, not only that the call at also outside the hours which the law allows them (yes I worked for a call centre I know the rules). What really tick the heck out of me is every time they call I gave them the account holders number to update, so I gave the number over 150 times (Listen to your recordings and you will hear) I resorted to ignoring their calls, so for the past two weeks I have over 80 missed calls from the because I know all their numbers. Make matters worse, on Sat morning the called at 7:18 (which is again against the law) luckily I was at church with the account holder, they spoke to he, she gave them her cell number and her office land line number to update, and to annoyance this morning again, I get a call from them I generally am a calm person but if this is not sorted out I am gonna loose my cool, I explained to the useless consultant who called me the morning and all he said is "I can't update the numbers" what bull is that? I WANT THIS FIXED NOW!
