I have been trying to get a settlement figure from monday and if it was not because systems are down on other calls made i was made to sit on the phone for ages just to be told that i need to be transferred to another department and this trend continued in every department i was transferred to. To make matters worse when i asked for numbers that i can contact people that are busy with my account directly on i was given numbers that belong to Standard Bank. Im just thinking to myself how crazier can this get.
