I was in standard bank last week monday.i made application for master card credit card, which i was approved in the systm 19000, the lady who helped me was very helpful, i have no problem with her, then one week went on i went two the bank the following monday, they told me the card was not reddy, then i called the call centre, they told me it will take 14 to 21 days to come to the branch, so today i went to the branch, i seen the lady, she told me the credit department did a check to confirm employment, they called the company which i supplied, which is my fathers business, then standard bank decides to call interocan logistics, which my fathers business is not on the telephone directory, the credit department calls a similar company of the same name, that company tells them i dont work there, i have given my employers details an reffrence to standard bank, why cant you use the numbers i have provided, i given my payslip, 3 months statement, proof of residence, what more do u want, my fathers business is sole prop, its not on the telephone directory, i am not happy with standard bank the way you contact things, do u expect every business to be in directory, threw your mistake i cant own a credit card
