ABSA bank has deducted money from my vehicle account without my knowledge. I called their AIP 0860053421 number several times but only holding on and hearing that my call will be answered soon. I am still not able to reach them. I faxed them a letter to a number that i received from Absa Vehicle Sales. But still no response. I was told that they tried to phone me and wasn't reachable (yet my phone is always on and if unreachable my voice mail is active) and they inform me they sent me a letter asking for my insurance. THEY DID NOT!!! 'How does a financial institution like ABSA impose and deduct money from customers without their knowledge?
This is unlawful. In any case what is it to them where my insurance are held. That is my business!!!
I WANT MY MONEY BACK!!!
Just look at the number of complaints from other customers on hello-peter on this same matter. Seriously Absa. Stop this!!!
