ABSA have taken money out of my account illegally

On my vehicle finance Absa have deducted an extra R822.79 which they claim is for insurance but I already have insurance.

I would like someone tell me who gave absa the authority to take the money out of my account as this is considered / according to my insurance broker. I received no letters, emails or sms's.

Who is going to cover the extra cost for some of my debit orders that might not go thru due to there not being enough money in my account now?

Also, I experienced very bad service today from ABSA. I went to the bank (ABSA Greenstone Branch) to sort this out and I was put by a phone and given a number to dial. After almost 15minutes, I finally got to speak to a Warren (Call ref 8371943) who gave me another number which I have to phone from my own phone to sort it out. Tel 0860053421 - After holding on for almost 20minutes, I finally got to speak to Muirhead (Call ref 1-1134911117) who was rude and told me it would take 5 to 7 days to sort out and if I have a problem, I must email the complaints department.
