I am disappointed in First National Bank, their stance on "First For You" is totally not applicable. I have spoken to a consultant, which promised me that they would provide me with feedback and I am still waiting. I explained my situation to FNB, they deducted two installments in one month without even notifying me, when I asked them they informed me that they did phone me, that is a lie, I was told that no one is allowed to deduct two payment if I do not give permission. I am struggling to survive this month due to this double deduction. I assured them that I do get my Bonus at end of July and i will pay the one month arrears. I am so disappointed in FNB, I have been with them for about fifteen years and yes if this is how they treat their loyal customers I am appalled.
