Unlawful deduction made

On the 11th of October 2013 I recevied a phone call from Absa's call centre requesting proof of insurance on my vehicle financed by them. This person who phoned me also mentiooned that should I not be able to furnish them with the said proof Absa will start deducting an insurance premium from my banking account with them. I immediately gort upset and not only because of theiir odessity but also because of this lady's tone of voice. I then sent the requested proof of my insurance through to them via email on the same date as their call. On the 11th of November 2013 I received my vehicle financing statement from Absa and noticed that they have incorrectly deducted an insurance amount of R1 106.39 which means that they have ignored my confirmation of insurance sent to them on 11 November 2013. I then sent the said proof via email to them again requesting to refund me with the unlawfull deduction made. Tonight as I got home I opened the postage received and whalla! A letter from Absa with my insurance policy from Hollard insurance which was taken out by Absa on my behalf. Do you blame me for going to close all my accounts with Absa after 23 years?
