Incompetency- wesbank changes acc numbers

I have been using an wesbank acc number since I purchased a vehicle in 2006. A month ago i started receiving SMS"s and calls stating that my account is in arrears. When I asked for a detailed statement on my account which I know is paid I received an email stating that, that acc no longer exists and has been changed. As my acc is under debt review I pay an amount over to the NPDA who in turns disribute my funds. No one from wesbank has contacted me, the debt review co I am with nor the NPDA to inform us that the money must now be paid into the new account no. Please wesbank wake up. I have been calling Uraina Morais for 2 days on the number provided via your email, cause you can only communicate via email or incompetent debt collectors that don't understand what u are telling them. That number just stays busy non stop. Ek is vir diens.
