NO SERVICE AT MIBFA

MIBFA doesnt have any service at all. Long telephone calls and no answer or if you did get thru... you just been telling the same old story. From today your statement wil be foward to you via your email in 9 to 21 days. After the 4th time I still waiting for my next 21 days. What is wrong is there no managers or someone who can stand up for our customers. Why said there is amounds in SURPLUS but doesnt have a backup plan. They knew they will be overwelmd with people wanting their money. So please get help and help the people quiker. My husband pass the way on SEPT 10 and I apply for his Suplus funds. Stil not any money in my bank
