My brother, Mr WPJ van Heerden passed away 10 March 1994 where after Old Mutual paid out above
mentioned policy. In 2012 we received a letter from Old Mutual stating that policy is still in place. When we
took it up with them, they claim that they do not know why letter was sent out because their records show
deceased. They promised to update the records again and stop any communication to us. Yesterday,
9.1.2013 we received again a letter from Old Mutual stating my brother is allegiable for a special bonus on
this policy. This is unacceptable. It upset my parents everytime and it is unneccessary.
The client already passed away 19 years ago, it is time to get their records up to date.
