Old Mutual Policy

Hello Peter

I have a policy with Old Mutual that I took out last year, I then decided to terminate (cancel) the policy I had with them on the 13th of January. My financial advisor told me it will take 7 days to cancel and pay back all the money due.

To my surprise my bank was debited on the 26th, I called to enquire, was told that I should cancel the debit Order with the bank not with them. But was shocked as I had cancelled the policy again on the 2nd of Feb I got a double debit again.
the service I am getting from Old Mutual is unprofessional and I will NEVER EVER In my life do any form of business with them.
