Old Mutual
Policy Cancellation

I have instructed my broker to cancel my Old Mutual policy. However, Old Mutual keeps sending us different documents to complete.

They have also confirmed that my monthly debit order will not go through (e-mail to prove this), however, the funds was just taken from my account.

Hopefully this will get sorted asap and I will be refunded.
