I submitted my clam for provided fund on the 3rd of march 2013, i was told this claim would take 3 months before payment. whenever i call sanlam I am told that the claim is still in processing.
my question is how long is your 3 months? I am never told when payment will be made, all I am told is it is in processing. I was been calling to follow up for more 3 months now.
CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME TO LET ME KNOW WHEN ILL GET MY MONEY PAID INTO MY ACCOUNT PLEASE!!!
