On 2 March 2013 I deposited R6000 on standard bank ATM and made an internet banking payment of the same amount. On 7 March the deposit was reversed and I was told the money could not be found inside the ATM. i went to the silverton branch and I was assited by Mr Stephan Nel who sent a query to Gijima on 13 March 2013, and I was told the query will take 6 working days. After the 6 days have lapsed I called the bank and I was told the query was closed, without anyone notifying me. I went to Mr Nel again to submit the ATM slips and the query was re-opened. After the query was closed again I was advised to lodge a complain. I did that on 03 April 2013. The complain was suppose to take five working days, but the five working days has lapsed and the complain has not been resolved. It is now more than a month and the bank its dragging its feet in resolving the matter. I spent lot of money on calls making fllo ups about thre complain.
