Seriously what now

This is no now what I call a joke. I did transfer money via instant money, received a voucher no tried to withdraw money but with no luck. Reported the situation on the 15/05/13 and the Complaint Resolution Centre contacted me on the 16/05/13 stating that they are busy with complaint. On the 20/05/13 I did call them again and they replied I will have answer on the 22/05/2013. Then the above mentioned called stating she only received complain on the 21/05/13. The above mentioned person was very rude towards my wife and myself. We went the to the branch and spoke to the manager and she also called the above mentioned and she was again very rude. How can be so rude to a bank manager. Fortunately the manager in at the branch did some investigating only to find out the voucher no I have received was an expired voucher no that's why I couldn't withdraw my own cash I have have been treated like a criminal you can say. Thank you for the manager in Kimberley branch (Lorraine Moroke) for her excellent service but as for the above mentioned Magdeline Letsoala please can I recommend a customer care course. Unfortunately its to late because the bank want to auction my house now.
