I'm dissappointed by the level of service recieved

I'm aggitated, I got a call from Nedbank collections for my personal loan

1- I have already called in to enquire why payment was not debited, I was advised there is a problem with Fnb accounts and that I should contact my branch, becoz I work odd hours I did the liberty of actually calling and getting the payment details so that I can make a transfer.

2 the lady that I have spoken to a lady who had confirmed that the amount I can pay is my normal instalment amount, which I got an sms confirming so.

Why the am I being called by rude, patronising Tshepiso, who won't even give me a chance to explain my verdict!!!
All she did was speak over me and threten me!!! This is not real customer service her tone of voice and insulting arrogance has turned my day to a bad one!!! She is rude and needs to attend training, if you call someone due to funds u need to find out what transpired! And not speak over someone.

Can someone please make sure that my agreement with the agent I have sapoken to last month still stand and no calls from an agent but a manager!!!
