I am very disappointed in the service of Nedbank!! I have two Personal Loans, a Credit Account and a Check Account by Nedbank.
Every month I leave a certain amount of funds in my Check Account, for all my debit orders to go off as per agreement by me and the certain company that I owe money.
The one personal loan that I have at Nedbank, with a monthly instalment of R3674.48, have been deducted double this month. with a total of R7348.96 taken for my account. Which left me with only a few money left in my account. that is not enough funds for all the total of other debit orders that must still be payable.
So I called Nedbank Enquire Services, in the morning of 28 January 2014, at 8;30 .
After /- R100 of Airtime that I have used to find out what and wear the problem is, the "Nedbank Complaints Department" saw what the problem is, and noticed that the amount of R3674.48 have been deducted double from my account.
I have been told that they will refund me, and that the money in 24hours time.
Today is the 29 January.9:30. And still no refund!!
So I called NEDBANK again. and the lady by the name 'POLANI" just told me that nobody have put in a claims request by them for yesterday.
