Passing the Buck & Client Pays!

I recently bought a new vehicle & traded the old in. As CMH Finance was not informed 5 working days prior, that the vehicle will be settled, they could not cancel the debit order instruction! I was told to phone the day after the debit order goes off, to rrequest a refund! After phoning twice today, the payment still does not reflect, so they can not process refund request. Everytime I phone them, I speak to someone different & everytime I have to repeat myself over & over, only to be told there is nothing they can do. Phone back on Tuesday 06 Aug & request will be submitted, it wil ltake up 3 working days, as I bank with a different bank! When you owe them money, they take it on exactly the 1st, but when THEY owe you money, you have to wait 3 working days!! Surely there is a simplar system, where the dealer can advise the finance house that the car will be setlled, so that hey can cancel the debit order in time, to avoid this unnecessary delays & frustration!
