EBucks leaving me stranded

This is now the 3rd time that my eBucks car has let me down

1. Went to Engen ensured they accept eBucks, find out card is not working, call the call centre they said the card was cancelled and I ordered a new one, I have not been on eBucks website for a while and would not of been able tt order a new card and not that I needed one
2. Receive new card, thought I would try it out, once again card declined, call the call centre, the new card was not activated? In the post I received no mention of calling ot activate the card, you just said I need to set the pin online...
3. Today I had no other cash on me, I though ok, the card has been activated so lets try it, Well well once again declined, I was left stranded at a Engen owing them money I did not have with me!

This is pathetic service, after 3 times you cannot get it right, you have no after hours support for eBucks and according to the owner of the Engen garage she said this is common problem for them and deal with this issues daily

So why do I have eBucks if I cannot use it for fuel?

Is someone going to sort out my card once and for all??
