I am incredible frustrated with the services of Capitec Bank especially when it concerns my money. The money that i work hard for it. Recently when you go to
enquiries requesting debit orders to be reversed they asked for a stupid cancellation letter. What the is this??? we all know how insurance companies and
some other creditors behave when you cancel something with them. They drag their feet but keeps on debiting your account. This is nonsense. I went to Capitec Hillbrow twice
and they requested the letter even if i had emails i sent to this creditors requesting for the services to be terminated. Still they could not reverse my debit orders. This means if someone can with your account they will stay gives you stinking attitude. This is. Now last night i had unauthorized debit order that went through and I need that 149zar into my account effective immediately. They have debited me on a wrong date and i need this money urgently. Capitec Bank, we cant just ask you to reverse the money for fun. Please don't treat your customers like stupids especially Hillbrow branch. This is very disrespectful to your client.
