Yes my account is in arrears, yes there is an outstanding balance and YES FNB HAS DEBITED MY ACCOUNT WITH OUTLANDISH AMOUNTS PAST 2 MONTHS WITHOUT CHECKING WITH ME FIRST. But today was the final straw. They debited my account on 25.06.2013 with two amounts of R1600.00 and then decided to debit my account again on the 01.07.2013 with over R1000 without any consent, any notification, NOTHING. So now I have no funds in my account for rest of month and they refuse to refund my money and have no consideration at all for the fact that they took over R4000 from me in one month. Now they say they did it cause I never made arrangements... EXCUSE ME??? Is it not illegal to just take peoples money without informing them? Dont bother calling me, I am laying this complaint and will be taking it further as well.
