Information on multi loan

My multi loan account was debited early this morning as it does every month and my account is credited immediately but this month there was no credit to my account. I inquired in branch and was told that my account was fine and that the payment was still being processed. 5 hours later this is still the case. I called the call center to find out what was going on and they told me the same thing and that they cannot understand how my multi loans that were paid became available immediately again as it takes up to 24 hours. Then when trying to get a more concrete answer from another Capitec call center agent, I was received by a very impolite lady who without asking me who I was or taking any of my details started speaking to me in a very irritated fashion about how my credit rating had been compromised and so on. I then asked her how she could give me this information without any of my details where by she sighed and asked me to quote my ID number. I decided to rather go back to my branch Greenacres who was off line at the time but was able to tell me that my multi loan was paid and that the amount should be available soon. Soon has come and gone and no credit of my multi loan account
