I had commited at an atm on my account. the ATM swallowed my card and as i waited there confused and trying to get my card back i got sms's saying that money has been withdrawn from my account to the amount of R 5000. i am a premier client and have a personal banker but this is off no assistance and he can not be involved as it relates to.

i called the line bongani was incredibly rude and not very helpful as it is a very traumatising experience to have your hard earned cash . the atm that had been the culprit was left to still be used by other customers even though i had informed FNB no out of order sign was put on the machine.
