No Response to on my account

I had commited at an atm on my account. the ATM swallowed my card and as i waited there confused and trying to get my card back i got sms's saying that money has been withdrawn from my account to the amount of R 5000. i am a premier client and have a personal banker but this is off no assistance and he can not be involved as it relates to.

this occured 9 days ago i have still not received any contact from the department other than sms to say they have accepted my claim. they are taking forever to investigate and in the mean time i have bank charges on my account becuase of the.

i called the line bongani was incredibly rude and not very helpful as it is a very traumatising experience to have your hard earned cash . the atm that had been the culprit was left to still be used by other customers even though i had informed FNB no out of order sign was put on the machine.

I am still waiting for someone from the department to call.
