ATM - No assistance since 28/04/2012

28 April 2012 at 12:58 my card was swallowed at the ATM, I called the call centre immediately, while on he phone with the call centre I then received an sms notification stating that money had been withdrawn from my account., I received a Ref number. Since then I have been to Standard bank Northcliff branch 4 times on 4 different days, I have received no assistance, A Client service agent (Janine) tried to assist by getting the division on the line, I waited over an hour on the phone with her with no answer from that department. Standard bank has offered me no time line as to when this case will be resoled or how long it will take to get the money back in my account, we choose to use bank accounts so that our money will be secure, I need my money urgently and would really appreciate if I could receive some customer service.
