I lodged 2 complaints on their online service, for 2 separate issues, and an automated response said that I will be contacted within 1 business day. I was contacted regarding one issue after the 24 hours, saying that I should contact another department. I replied to that, requesting someone from that department to call me. It's been 2 days now and I have not received any assistance. The complaints I had related to bank charges on my account that I believe are invalid, and would like to query it, and the other related to my premier banker not assisting in setting up a debit order for an external account. This is very poor service, especially since they claim that Premier Bankers are there to assist, and comes with additional benefits.
