Getting billed for their mistake

FNB ATM's are forever off line in and around Olievenhoutbosch, and the ATM's at the Parktown branch are closed everyday at 17H00, due to this i have been paying huge amounts for the past 4 months. This is unfair coz its not my choosing that i end up using non-fnb atm. I want my money back and they need to sort them selves otherwise they will start loosing customers.
