Cell C contacted me for a contract, the deal they made me sounded pretty sweet. Upon delivery of the cellphone I then found tht it was the wrong product. Obviously upset about this I then sent the item back and requested that my contract be cancelled with immediate effect. I sent countless emails I've made phone calls but still I'm being billed. I feel that its very unfair and unprofessional that such a huge telecommunications company can over their customers. I am so tired of having to go into a direct branch and arguing with those consultants for my money. Its been 3 months and still I'm being billed. This is plain!
