Insurance cancelation not my fault

I have insurance with Absa idirect i called them and confirm my new banking details the bank did the same sent the letter to confirm new banking details they didn't change still go old back account, the was no funds it didn't go through, they never call just cancels my policy, i called on friday spoke to Andile who did a quotation and he confirm i will pay premium with the no activation fees as is not my fault that they have cancelled my policy without notifying me, but now i have sms that said they will debit R1106.44 on Wednesday, when i try to call the call centre its always busy you hold for more than 15min still can't get help.
