Reverse the debit orders taken without authority

Hi,
I am so ANGRY and very DISSAPOINTED with Absa.
I had made arrangements to pay R1000 for each of my personal loan account with Absa and the arrangement was to pay them Cash.
I went to Unisa to pay for my registration on Saturday morning and the transaction was declined due to that I had insufficient funds in my savings account. When I checked on my cellphone banking I realised that Absa had debited R2000 off my savings account.
I don't understand who gave them authoruty to debit this account as this my savings account and there are not debit orders to come off this account. When I was at the branch in Centurion Lifestyle, Amanda called the personal loans department and we spoke to Bonita or something and she very rudely told me that the payments would not be reversed. I arranged to make payments cash and was going to use funds from my Nedbank account. Can I please have these funds reversed as I need to pay my fees with Unisa, I will make a cash payment as arranged. If this can not be done, I swear that this will be the last payment Absa ever receives from me. Who gave Absa the authority to debit my account in the first place?
