I called Indwe to get a quote and Andile quated me and they told me a consultant from Oakhust will call me to finalise the quotation. After Speaking to the lady from Oakhust we agreed that I will check the policy documents if there is something I am not happy about I will cancel my policy.

Beginning of the year they debited my account, I tried to call numerous times to no luck to cancel my policy and request a refund. Eventually last week I got hold of Andile and I told him why I don't want the policy and the fact that I never cancelled my current insurance. He said if I am dually insured they will refund me but he gave me another quotation which was even hire than the one before, I refused to accept it. I had previously reversed the amount of R742 because I had already paid my current insurer and I needed the funds. Now this morning the debit my account with R516 which I don't know what its for. I don't even think the bank will allow me to reverse this funds again and now my account has been overdrawn since I didn't have enough the to cover any more debit.

I need those funds since I cancelled the policy I even have an sms from them saying my policy has been cancelled.
