I owe the bank for a POLICY I DON'T HAVE!!!

I opened a funeral policy last year the person who helped me was very friendly she called me everyday to ask for my bank details Now I c she was only friendly to seal the deal It happened that I lost my job! But I had money in my bank account so they still debited me till Jan I didn't mind though because I didn't want my policy to be cancelled In February I called them to tell them that I have stopped working is it fine for them to STOP THE DEBIT ORDER AND I WILL MAKE SURE I ALLOW IT AS SOON AS I HAVE A JOB BECAUSE I DIDN'T WANT MY POLICY TO LAPSE I GOT A NO
I told her to cancell it I will re-apply as soon as I get a job She said it'll automatically cancels itself as soon as they don't get the money, I requested a letter of confirmation she said there was no letter required. I stopped a debit order with my bank, end of Feb I receive an SMS from the bank that Hollard were trying to debit my account! March, April, May same thing I called only to find on the 24 and spoke to Diphapang he was ignorant, he didn't want to listen I TOLD HIM I OWE THE BANK FOR A POLICY I DON'T HAVE! Today HOLLARD TRIED TO DEBIT, I now owe R2200, I hvbn handed over to ITC some1 must do something QUICKLY!
