An Old mutual consultant opened a policy without my consent, and its only now when I was going through my bank statement I noticed the deductions. Needless to say I didnot have any policy number of any thing from them, no documents nothing. Then I had to be moved from pillar to post as no consultan knwe what to do about my situaution. The consultant have been extremely RUDE. I will not evn in future do business with them. They have asked me for endless documents, bank statements, certified copy of this and that when I wanted to withdraw the money. Now, a cherrie on top they have asked me to go to Commisioner of Oath. Where am I going to get another day off from work to attend to this Old Mutual saga. I have a certified bank account, stamped from the bank by the bank and I just dont get it as to why I have to go tho the commisioner of oath. At this moment I have agood mind of going to Ombudsman and lodging a complaint. Not only have they fraudently opened a policy for me, now they dont want to bring my money back. I am so sick of it.
