No after Sales Customer Care

I took an Educational Policy with Old Mutual in July and the policy is to be effective end of August 2012. My main issue is that when i took this Policy the consultant said to me the copy of this Policy will be delivered to my Postal Address after two weeks. Two weeks passed and i called Old Mutual coz i wanted to take a Life insurance Policy with them coz i thought they where the way to go. I spoke to another Consultant and before i declared i want to take another Policy i asked him about the status of the first Policy i took with them and he said he has to transfer my call to another department where i held for some time. I couldn't keep on holding hence i was at work and i needed to work. I send three emails to Old Mutual [Email Removed] and logged onto their website and complained. The only reply i got was that my query will be attended in 48 hours and that someone will call me, never did that happen. Now today just coz it's close to pay day Old Mutual has a nerve of sending me an sms reminding me that i need to have money ready on my account for deductions! I do not even know if they got the details on that policy right, how can i pay for something i have not read?
