"HOW CAN WE NOT HELP YOU"

I was opening an investment account while being served by Mr Aldo (consultant) with excellent service indeed, I must say.

I had my two kids (2 and 6) with me and the eldest was under pressure to urinate. I then requested Mr Aldo to assist since the time was approximately 15:45 so I could not be able to go out and come back. He kindly called the security to help. While the security took my son to the rest room, he was stopped by the Branch Manager called Mr Willie and came running to Mr Aldo while complaining in Afrikaans that the rules do not allow them to do so.
Mr Aldo explained the reasons to him and apologised but "Mr Willie" insisted to unwillingness. He did not even bother to talk to me as if I did not exist.

I had no choice but to go out to the shop next door (Nandos) and asked Mr Aldo to bring my documents outside as we were still busy.

On my way out, then Mr Willie called me but I was so distraught and refused at this moment after he was not keen to help.

I could be wrong to think that Mr Willie should have been considerate as a parent more, especially a Branch Manager who might have a prerogative in such cases. Let alone bringing a business to his territory.
