I have had it with this company that is ripping us of our money, my late mother had a policy with Old Mutual and when i went to check what happened to the policy i was told that it is not on the system, that it was removed from the system. What I wanted to know was why was the policy removed without a payout. i have cancelled all my policies with Old mutual due to the fact that I will be dead one day and Old mutual will not pay out my beneficiaries. I still need answers and in black and white but i will not be doing business with Old mutual ever again. i have moved my business to my bank.
I need someone to get back to me with all details, really disappointed because i have trusted them with my money and obviously my late mom did.
