3 May 2013 i was victim to a card swop. The incident was reported. the incorrect Card was blocked.
Standard Bank issued a letter with a report of all the withdrawals but they neglect to provide details of where the monies where withdrawn. Surely area should matter Standard Bank not just time and amounts!
The consultant neglected to ask if both cards should be stopped considering its a business account! Please allow me permission to listen to the recording with respect to the reporting the incident.
Further most ATM's have camera's, surely the footage can be viewed!
Come on Standard Bank, this is R30 000.00 do a proper investigation.
Note the cheque card that was issued on 7 May @ Trade Route Mall, upon collection we were asked not to use it as the incorrect card was ordered. how is this possible?
There is gross inconsistencies in the above, please conduct a proper investigation.
