Good day

I completed the online form with Loan Tracer and yes i did not read the terms and conditions however here are my concerns:

Once you submit online application and complete there forms, Loan Tracer has permission to debit your account for the yearly membership fee. You then have 7 days to cancel.

Not once was i reminded that they will be debiting my account they called to confirm my application

I was debited just before the weekend and i was away so could not verify until the Monday but the seventh day was the Sunday before. So i was told that i should have at least sent a mail stating my cancellation by the Sunday (which is not a working day)

The attitude i received from the matter was appalling. Now i understand she is frustrated because i am sure many clients phone wanting to cancel and complaining that they were not aware of the debit. As much as the consumer is responsible for not reading the terms. Loan Tracer can prevent upset customers by reminding them when they call to welcome and also telephonically brief through the terms as all other companies do.

I feel they have cheated my money from me and im stuck with a service that i will never use.
