Absa

I realised that I lost my credit card and reported it and when I went to fetch a new one I noticed that it was used for about R11000 I then lodged a complaint. Absa has not done any proper investigation I have requested for a footage of the. money withdrawn on my card which I did not receive all they telling is that it was my card that was used and I have to pay the amount mind you I have a lost card protection which suppose to cover me for activities but they are refusing to pay the money back nor do a proper investigation. Now I have been receiving calls from their call centre telling about my account which isn't areas, its been three months without any joy with absa even if it takes me five years to get this sorted I will fight it till the end I am not paying for something which I did not use.
