I could not get help on my FNBPLATINUM ACC, so bad

This morning i phone cellphone benaking contact number 0875759404 and went through to Maserame. She said i should do a verification and come back to her after, which i did by putting my 8digits card number and my cellphone banking pin. There after she asked for my residential address, branch where the acc was opened, marriage status amd cellphone number. Which i supplied. Thereafter she wanted 2 transactions that i did recently. I gave her two amount for Sat, this was according to the FNB sms notification on my phone. R259.80 & R3200 which were done at two stores in Mzimkhulu, DODS & Jet. I also confirmed my salay deposit and the R209.89 for Shoprite. Still she says she cannot help me because the transcation for SAT are incorrect as she has different amount. Then she tells me to go to the bank. Unfortunately i do not have time to go to the bank. I think i have verified myself and deserve to be helped. All i wante was to add two beneficiaries so i can pay them but hey it is not easy to access your money if now & then you are treated like a suspect. I understand security reasons but I also have a right to be trusted & deserve to be helped when i need it. I hope i never phone this DEPT again.
