I called Nedbank customer services over 5 days ago to report activity on my credit card. The agent I spoke with said she would email me a dispute form - I am still waiting!!!
I also requested 3 months bank statements to be emailed to me but that too was an issue.
She had a very bad attitude, as though I was disturbing her with my queries.
All I want is the form that was promised and copies of my bank statements to rectify the problem.
