NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED (ER 495) P

For the second time in 6 months my accounts are frozen and i can not transact via internet banking or use my cards, i get the NOT IDENTIFIED AND VERIFIED (ER 495) P error message, which i have learnt from a few times before is ABSA's way of saying i need to re do my FICA registration.
I haven't received any comms from ABSA warning me of this impending freeze. I did my FICA in December 2012 then again in March 2013.
I am currently travelling on business trip outside the country imagine my surprise when my cards were declined trying to pay for my Hotel stay. This is terribly inconvenient. ABSA i need to be liquid urgently.
Just noticed your debit orders don't obey the freeze, how i wish you could extend the same kind of courtesy to the rest of my beneficiaries.
