I had a bad service from fnb billing department,., i have 7 months quering about double payment on my account, i have 2 devices of which 1 device was and fnb settle the account for me and they forced me to take same phone (samsung s3 galaxy) i refuse as i wanted Iphone 5 16gb, so they have being debiting me R359.00 for iphone and R275.00 insurance for s3 galaxy which i dont have, i have being calling fnb for months now and still not wining, ref no: Rq1305306733802 Ntombi is the last person i spoke to since she said they will get back to me until today.
