07/03/2013 I tried to make payments to 2 beneficiaries and received an error "not identified and verified". 08/03/2013 I phoned ABSA Internet Banking at about 9:08 spoke to Nthombifuthi informing me that there a hold has been placed on my account due to FICA requirements??? No one of ABSA phone to inform me of this. In January I collected my credit card and everything was ok. I was told to visit a branch to get this resolved. However I have a newborn baby and not able to drive. If this is not my mistake why should I visit a branch to get this resolved? I have submitted previously proof of residence even with loan applications no ALL OF A SUDDEN ABSA DON'T HAVE IT. I am missing payments due to the incompetence of ABSA!!! can someone please assist urgently in this regard. this is unacceptable service.
