ABSA FICA'n me around!!!

I bought propertly last year and moved and then somewhere in that i was not FICA verified anymore.
This meant that i cannot transact online. No eft, transfer nada.

I went to my nearest branch (V & A Waterfront) and they could not FICA me because my name on my rates paper does not correspond with my ID 100%. They did allow me a 2 week temp period.
I then went to N1 city branch with all the correct paper. After nearly an hour, the lady was still waiting for the FICA department and then told me i can leave and she will sort things out.
My internet banking was then working for 2 weeks.
I then went on 11.01.2013 to V & A branch to FICA myself again and was assured that this was it.

How ignorant of me to assume that that was it...

I am again not FICA verified as i cannot do anything online AGAIN.

Everyone i speak to is telling me to move to another bank, but ABSA was good to me over the years and i showed loyalty.

so please FIX MY FICA and stop FICA'n with me!
